This position is for an electrician who can walk into a customer's home, diagnose the problem, determine the appropriate repair or upgrade, communicate the options clearly, and complete high-quality work without needing someone to supervise every step. This is residential service—not new construction. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems Perform repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners Complete jobs from diagnosis through final cleanup Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation Keep your truck, tools, and materials organized Follow code and company workmanship standards Deliver a professional customer experience from arrival through completion

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Oklahoma Residential Journeyman or Unlimited Journeyman Electrical License Residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Valid driver's license Personal hand tools Ability to work independently Professional communication with homeowners Residential service experience is strongly preferred. Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to homeowners is a plus. Compensation Your first two weeks are paid training at $24/hour while you learn our software, pricing, processes, and service standards. After training, compensation transitions to our performance-based pay plan , where earnings are tied to the gross profit of the work you complete. Typical earning potential for this position is $70,000-$130,000+ per year , depending on production. There is no production threshold you must reach before performance pay begins.
