We are a growing company currently focused on residential service work, remodels, panel upgrades, EV chargers, knob-and-tube replacement, HVAC electrical installations, and light commercial projects. We're currently a small team with big goals and are looking for a motivated Lead Journeyman Electrician who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in their work, can lead projects independently, and is excited to help build a company for the long term. Position Overview This is a leadership role for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who can manage projects, lead apprentices and crew members, communicate with customers, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and interested in growing into a larger leadership role as the company expands. Responsibilities Lead residential and light commercial electrical projects from start to finish Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate crews Perform service work, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, remodel wiring, and knob-and-tube replacement Install circuits and equipment for HVAC systems and air conditioning upgrades Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, contractors, and vendors Order materials and help manage project schedules Train and mentor apprentices Ensure work is completed safely and to code Help improve company processes and efficiency Qualifications Oregon Journeyman Electrician License (required) 5+ years of field experience preferred Foreman, lead, or project management experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and service background Experience with residential remodels and service work Ability to read plans and coordinate projects Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes ownership of their work Shows up with a positive attitude Wants to help build something meaningful Is interested in long-term growth opportunities Can represent Sunday Electric professionally in the field Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle opportunities for the right candidate Paid holidays Paid Time Off after introductory employment period Performance-based bonuses Potential future profit-sharing opportunities Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position as the company expands Why Sunday Electric?
