Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves working primarily on warehouses and car dealerships in the local area. Candidates should have extensive experience in electrical work, including conduit bending (EMT), wiring installations, blueprint and schematic reading, as well as mounting light fixtures and pulling MC cable. Responsibilities Perform electrical installations and repairs in both residential and commercial settings. Conduct conduit bending and wiring installations according to blueprints and schematics. Install and maintain switches, mount light fixtures, and pull MC cable. Troubleshoot electrical issues and repair as necessary. Work effectively with hand tools and service electrical work. Essential Skills 3+ years of electrical experience in residential and commercial environments. Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with pulling wire and cable installations. Excellent communication skills and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a clean driving record to drive the company vehicle. Experience with installation and service electrical work. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work is conducted Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime. You will work alongside a team of 2-3 people or directly with the lead mechanic. The role involves traveling to various residential and commercial sites, predominantly in warehouse settings. Meet directly at the site for a focused and engaging workday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
