We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Electrician who takes pride in clean, code-compliant craftsmanship. As a Service Electrician, you will operate as a key field technician handling a wide variety of service calls, panel upgrades, and electrical repairs. You must be comfortable working independently in the field, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and executing jobs efficiently (such as performing full panel swap-outs, breaker retrofits, and electrical safety inspections). Key Responsibilities; Evaluate full home electrical systems to proactively spot code violations, potential hazards, and outdated components that threaten a home's safety. Determine exactly what needs to be updated, modified, or added to bring existing residential systems completely up to current safety codes. Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential and light commercial electrical systems. Perform panel upgrades, sub-panel installations, and individual breaker retrofits (including Siemens, Eaton, and Square D systems). Execute clean, precise drywall cutting to access framing and route wiring, and handle basic sheetrock repairs to leave the workspace pristine. Maintain strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain issues and present flat-rate repair options. Document job details, materials used, and track project hours accurately using cloud-based dispatching/estimating software. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service van. Qualifications & Requirements; Proven background in residential construction is strictly required, with a deep understanding of standard residential framing, building structures, and structural integrity. Uncompromising standards for clean craftsmanship, professional wiring paths, and tidy work spaces. Strong residential field experience (4+ years preferred) with solid troubleshooting skills and deep knowledge of current electrical codes. Proficiency using digital estimating and dispatching tools on mobile devices/tablets. Outstanding customer service skills with a clean, professional appearance. Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
