Superintendent Stone Fortress is hiring an Electrician to work as the direct field partner to ourHVAC/MEP
Superintendent — riding together in the same company van, working the same jobs, every day. This isn't a role where you get assigned somewhere different every morning. You'll be paired with one Superintendent as his go-to hand: the guy he trusts to take a panel, a circuit, or a problem and just handle it. If you're the kind of electrician who likes ownership over your work and doesn't need someone standing over your shoulder, this is built for you. What you'll be doing: Installing, terminating, and troubleshooting electrical systems that supportHVAC/MEP
equipment — branch circuits, disconnects, motor controls, VFDs, and control wiring Wiring new equipment installs: RTUs, air handlers, VRF/VRV systems, chilled water equipment, exhaust fans Diagnosing and repairing electrical failures, including single-phase and three-phase power and low-voltage controls Reading electrical drawings and panel schedules and coordinating rough-in/trim-out with the Superintendent Keeping the van, tools, and job site organized and code-compliant What we're looking for: 3-5 years of hands-on commercial/industrial electrical experience OSHA 10 Construction (OSHA 30 a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean MVR — you'll be riding in a company vehicle daily Comfortable working independently once you know the task Someone dependable — another person's whole day depends on you showing up on time What we offer: Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience Ride in the company van — no wear and tear on your own vehicle for job travel Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided tools for specialty tasks If you want a steady partnership with one Superintendent instead of bouncing between crews, and you're ready to be someone's most-trusted field hand, apply today.
