Apprenticeship Program Details:

This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses. The pay rate for this role starts out at $23.79 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?! We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting July 2026 Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities. This role is located in Muncy, Pennsylvania and must be completed fully onsite We are Looking for Someone With Be a Bold Learner

• Not only will you be working day to day on our production lines, but also participating in robust professional development to give you a great taste of Kellanova Utilize Your Education
• Put your textbook knowledge to the test in a real-world environment and be a part of how the snacks get made Be the Jack of All Trades
• Examine mechanical and electrical production equipment failures using root cause analysis.

Interpret schematics and utilize programmable logic controller troubleshooting techniques, as well as turn a wrench on our packaging and production equipment.
