Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Electrical 1001 East Waterfront Drive, Munhall, PA 15120 Full-time Full-time Job Summary The Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and continuous operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment. The core focus of this role is troubleshooting, identifying, diagnosing, and correcting electrical issues quickly and safely to minimize downtime. Electricians at all levels are expected to work independently and contribute to equipment reliability across the plant. Primary Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on production and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 600V, including 3-phase power, motors, and control panels Install, terminate, and route conduit, wire, and cable according to electrical code and standards Must be highly proficient with the use of a digital multimeter (DMM) Ability to check voltage safely on energized systems, accurately ohm-test fuses and components, trace wiring and read schematics confidently and independently. Assist in PLC troubleshooting, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other platforms Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety procedures Maintain accurate records using the computerized maintenance management system Work collaboratively with other departments to minimize equipment downtime Must have hands-on experience working with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
