New Castle, PA (Onsite) About the Opportunity Join a premier 328 MW energy facility as an Electrical Specialist. This role is available due to a long-term employee retirement and offers exceptional stability in a high-voltage industrial environment. We are seeking a technically-minded electrician who excels at troubleshooting complex systems and values a safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain motors, generators, and high-voltage equipment (480V to 13.8KV). Maintain switchyard systems, transformers, and control systems. Perform electrical system isolations and support preventive maintenance programs. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to optimize plant reliability and performance.

Qualifications Experience:

4+ years of Journeyman Electrician experience or a relevant military background (e.g., Navy EM).

Technical Knowledge:

Robust understanding of heavy industrial or power plant electrical systems.

Skills:

Proficiency with high-voltage switchgear and industrial control systems.

Education:

High school diploma or trade school equivalent.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a technical electrical exam (focusing on Ohm's Law and Kirchhoff's Law). Why Apply?
