June 30, 2026 Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our Facilities and Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and electromechanical systems throughout our operations. The Maintenance Electrician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, supporting production goals, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial electrical experience, solid troubleshooting skills, and a working knowledge of mechanical systems. This individual must be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with maintenance and operations personnel in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system failures. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, motor controls, drives, lighting, and communication systems. Inspect, test, and maintain electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment. Maintain and repair combustion systems, industrial gas burners, and associated control circuits. Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Maintain power transmission systems, belt conveyors, augers, mixers, air compressors, blowers, and dry bulk storage systems. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and ladder logic diagrams. Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, equipment installations, and electrical upgrades. Conduct general mechanical repairs, basic plumbing work, and equipment rebuilds as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable electrical codes and regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems and controls. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams. Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Experience with instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level devices. Knowledge of combustion systems and burner management controls. Ability to perform conduit installation, bending, and wire pulling. Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety standards. Ability to perform both electrical and mechanical repairs. Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical experience. Experience in manufacturing, processing, bulk material handling, or industrial production environments. Familiarity with VFDs, motor controls, instrumentation, and automation systems. Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces. Ability to work at heights and in varying environmental conditions. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Schedule & Benefits Overtime may be required based on operational needs. Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
