Entry-level electrician

Duties Assist experienced electricians in installing wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform electrical tasks on construction sites or commercial facilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support installation and troubleshooting processes Conduct basic inspections of electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters to measure resistance and continuity Support the setup of low voltage systems including data cabling, security systems, and communication lines Follow safety protocols in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and company policies during all work activities Assist with framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations when necessary to ensure proper fixture placement and support Experience Prior experience working with industrial or commercial electrical systems is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters is preferred Construction site experience demonstrating ability to work safely in active environments is highly valued Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams is advantageous for supporting installation tasks Basic understanding of low voltage systems (e.g., data wiring, alarm systems) is desirable Some experience with high voltage systems or framing carpentry related to electrical work will be considered an asset Strong willingness to learn new skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork Embark on a rewarding career path where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
