• Limited weekends Ide Electric is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrician who can work independently, read plans, plan daily work, install and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems, and direct an apprentice when needed.

This is a full-time field position for someone who can take ownership of normal commercial work without constant direction. What You'll Do Read and work from electrical drawings and specifications Plan daily work and identify material needs Install conduit, feeders, branch circuits, panels, services and equipment Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems Work independently and take ownership of assigned work Direct an apprentice Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors and other trades Maintain good job documentation, organization and care of company tools and vehicles What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial electrical construction experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong conduit bending and installation skills Experience with feeders, branch circuits, panels, services and equipment Commercial troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance and good communication

Crews typically start between 6:30 and 7:30 AM
• Crews typically work Four 10 hour days. Friday work during the busy seasons, and weekend work is typically scheduled weeks in advance.

• 40/hour, based on demonstrated experience, independence, technical ability, reliability and responsibility.
