Job Description
Customer-Centric Approach:
As a Service Electrician, be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Haller, establishing strong customer relationships and resolving electrical issues. Utilize your expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems by our company standards and manufacturer specifications.Independent Service:
Work with minimal supervision to service and repair electrical equipment in customers' homes. Offer honest opinions based on facts, empowering customers to make informed decisions.Mentorship:
Share your knowledge and help guide other Electricians on your team.Detail-Oriented:

Experience in leading a teamAn associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is advantageous but not mandatory.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record to facilitate the use of a company vehicle.
A journeyman's or Master's Certification is a plus!
Familiarity with local and state residential electrical codes. A strong commitment to getting the job done right the first time and taking pride in your work. A dedication to continuous learning and growth in the field.
Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and communicating professionally via email with customers.
