Job Description Job Description Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Reading, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial solar (PV) systems Mount, wire, and connect solar panels, inverters, and combiner boxes Run and bend conduit for DC and AC systems Perform wire management and terminations for solar arrays Install and connect transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels Tie-in solar systems to existing electrical infrastructure Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and local codes Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently Follow all job site safety protocols and quality standards Qualifications Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
