J.P. Electrical Construction Inc. is currently seeking experienced full time commercial electricians to join our core group. We are a full service company performing commercial new work, renovations, upgrades and service covering Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Commercial Electrician Requirements/Responsibilities:

5 years Commercial electric experience. (residential experience not valid) Problem solving and critical thinking skills. MUST have knowledge, understanding of NEC and Ohm's Law and be able to proficiently navigate the code book. MUST be able to bend and install metallic conduit proficiently. MUST have experience with lighting controls. Possess your own hand tools including voltage/amperage tester, tool belt. Reliable, organized and punctual. Ability to use hand tools, power tools and testers. Ability to follow diagrams and written/oral instructions. Knowledge/skill with equipment, materials, tools and practices in the electrical field. Ability to work with ladders and aerial equipment at varying heights. (Scissor lifts, boom trucks, etc.) Troubleshooting and testing skills. Fill-out daily job reports, documenting work and materials per our mobile app. Fill out application with ALL pertinent info. Speak English intelligibly.

Qualifications:

United States Citizen High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Completion of four year electrical apprenticeship including classroom. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required). Journeyman certification (Perferred). OSHA 15 certification. J.P. Electrical Construction Inc.
