Job Title:

Maintenance Technician This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will provide strong electrical and mechanical support for in-house repairs, new equipment installations, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production machinery. 1st shift

• 5am•330pm Monday•Thursday, overtime as needed.

Pay range

• $34-38/hr Essential Skills Proven experience as a maintenance technician working with both electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems, including working with 480V power, control circuits, and industrial wiring. Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of motors, pumps, conveyors, and related industrial equipment. Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs safely and efficiently on production machinery. Experience with pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repairing valves, cylinders, and air distribution components. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Proficiency in using a CMMS to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and record inspections. Strong commitment to safety practices, including lockout/tagout and proper use of PPE. Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Shiloh, PA.
