Job Description SummaryThe Facility Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role ensures all electrical components operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipmentDiagnose electrical issues using testing devices such as voltmeters, multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Etc.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machineryRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsEnsure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codesRespond promptly to electrical emergencies and system failuresInspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panelboards, and MCC'sCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support facility needsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationFollow all safety procedures and regulationsPerform other mechanical / plumbing maintenance tasks as needed.
