Why this role matters Uptime, quality, and safety all depend on well-maintained electrical systems and tuned PLCs. Your work protects people, equipment, and schedules. You will Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, and plant equipment. Use mechanical know-how to isolate issues and implement durable fixes. Program, adjust, and maintain PLCs to stabilize and improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to drive safe, efficient operations. Document maintenance and repair activities with accuracy. Model safe behaviors and help train junior staff and apprentices. You have Proven experience as an electrician (manufacturing environment preferred). Strong electrical troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail. Mechanical troubleshooting capability across varied equipment. Hands-on PLC programming and maintenance experience. Ability to work independently and contribute within a team. Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Relevant electrical certifications or licenses (nice to have).
