What You'll Do Operate and manage a fully equipped company service truck. Meet with customers and complete electrical work as outlined in work orders. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems. Install and replace wiring, lighting, electrical panels, breakers, controls, and other electrical components. Perform electrical testing using meters, thermal scanners, cable testers, and diagnostic equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, control drawings, power and lighting plans, and technical diagrams. Inspect and maintain residential and commercial electrical systems. Complete daily documentation and work order notes. Work safely while following NEC, state, and local electrical codes. Collaborate with customers, contractors, architects, and fellow team members. Lead, mentor, and supervise apprentices while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a current Colorado Journeyman Electrician License. Has a valid Colorado Driver License with a clean driving record. Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Communicates professionally and provides exceptional customer service. Understands electrical theory, NEC requirements, and safety procedures. Is mechanically inclined and comfortable operating threading, bending, and cutting equipment. Has experience with residential and commercial electrical systems. Works independently while also thriving as part of a team. Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail. Is dependable, punctual, and ready to lead by example. Enjoys learning, growing, and helping others succeed. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Climb ladders and work at various heights. Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas. Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and reach overhead. Operate company vehicles, lifts, and power equipment.
