Job Description
Master Electrician:
West CAP, a Community Action Organization, is currently seeking a full-tiime Master Electrician to complete small, residential electrical projects such as wiring exhaust fans and knob & tube and service upgrades. Company vehicle, flexible scheduling, paid training, generous paid time off, company vehicle, and other benefits explained during interview process. Wage highly competitive and negotiable Company vehicle Monday-Thursday, DAY schedule only Over 4 weeks paid time off first year of employment! Additional paid holidays and annual clothing/tool allowance Comprehensive benefit package including health/dental, retirement, free life/disability benefits Paid training and advancement opportunities Qualifications include a current State of WI Master Electrician license, minimum of 3 years residential with a Masters, able to work independently, instruct and supervise crews on basic electrical wiring, and ability to use standard electrical diagnostic equipment and power tools. Must be able to complete Lead Safe worker and Asbestos Supervisor certification (provided by West CAP). A valid driver's license and deemed insurable by our carrier is required.
