Must be able to lift 45 pounds overhead and work on extension ladders for extended periods of time . Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics efficiently. Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes. Collaborate with apprentices, foremen, and project managers to complete jobs on schedule. (Must be able and willing to run a crew/teach apprentices) Perform testing of electrical systems and follow all required safety protocols. Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in proper working condition. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism on every job site. Maintain a positive attitude and work well with team members and clients. Be punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
