Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Journey Electrician, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems across diverse industrial and commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, interpret schematics and blueprints, and ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. As a Journey Electrician, you will bring your expertise to renovation, construction sites, and ongoing electrical operations, contributing to safe, efficient, and innovative electrical solutions. Your energy and technical skills will drive project success and help us deliver top-tier service to our clients. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction plans to execute precise electrical installations Conduct low voltage and high voltage wiring tasks in accordance with NEC standards while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed Perform routine maintenance on industrial electrical systems and assist in renovation projects on construction sites Use frame carpentry skills for supporting electrical infrastructure installations when necessary Diagnose electrical issues efficiently by testing circuits with multimeters and other diagnostic tools Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of electrical work within scope and safety guidelines Experience Hands-on experience working on construction sites involving renovation or new builds Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for complex electrical systems Knowledge of NEC regulations related to high voltage and low voltage wiring practices Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools for installation tasks Demonstrated handyman skills including framing carpentry or general construction knowledge is a plus This role is perfect for motivated electricians eager to expand their expertise in diverse environments while contributing to impactful projects.
