    Lead Electrician
  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our dynamic team.
The Lead Electrician will be responsible for managing electrical projects, supervising teams of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and implement critical electrical systems in a growing company.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of electricians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems and recommend improvements or upgrades. Ensure compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all relevant safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline work processes and ensure seamless project execution. Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, and order additional materials as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, including blueprints, schematics, reports, and logs of all electrical activities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Electrician license or higher certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
