Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Lead electrical installations for custom homes, from rough-in to final trim. Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of electrical systems. Install and connect backup generators, lighting systems, panels, and smart devices. Interpret and work from blueprints, job proposals, and specifications. Test electrical equipment and systems to ensure compliance and optimal performance. Maintain clean and organized job sites, and manage job materials and vehicle inventory. Accurately complete material usage, additions to the scope of work, and job notes daily. Represent CCE with professionalism in all customer interactions. Ensure safety compliance at all times, including working at heights and in tight environments. Mentor apprentices, oversee helpers and guide junior electricians. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of recent residential electrical experience (required). South Carolina Journeyman's License (preferred). Valid South Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record (required). A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Fluent English communication skills (preferred). Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, weather elements).
