Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. Candidate
MUST HAVE TDLR
Licensed Electricians or reciprocal state license. Would be working 10-12 hours per day, Mon - Sat. MUST be willing to submit to and pass background check, and drug screening.
APPRENTICE LICENSES ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the layout of electrical systems. Utilize power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other equipment to perform electrical work accurately. Work with high voltage and low voltage systems as required by specific projects. Troubleshoot electrical issues to identify problems and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards and regulations. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and high/low voltage applications. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations. Familiarity with using various power tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to commute to Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
License/Certification:
Journeyman Electrician License (Required, at leats 365 days since obtained)
