Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing facility as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanical/Electrical Technician and become a vital part of our team dedicated to ensuring seamless operations and optimal equipment performance. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, contributing to the continuous production flow and safety standards. Your expertise will help keep our facility running smoothly , supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, and electrical components, to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, precision measuring instruments, and analysis skills. Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions. Identifies parts and equipment needed for repairs and requisitions and retrieves appropriate parts and manual. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

Diagnose electrical problems involving low voltage, high voltage, industrial electrician experience, and field service techniques. Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Assist with the setup and operation of equipment such as scissor lifts and other industrial tools while adhering to safety protocols. Responding promptly to internal requests for maintenance assistance. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial mechanics practices. Qualifications Proven experience in an industrial maintenance environment within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience in industrial settings. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, CMMS software, hydraulics, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to operate diagnostic tools effectively. Skilled in welding , hydraulic repairs. Experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems safely. Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical issues efficiently. Industrial electrician experience or equivalent military technical training is highly desirable. $31.00 - $37.00 per hour
