Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electro Mechanical specialist, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise to ensure optimal equipment performance, safety, and efficiency across our facilities. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot electrical systems utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers, must be able to read three (3) phase voltage and precision measuring instruments to identify faults accurately. Diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician systems, and control circuits to minimize downtime. Conduct equipment repairs including welding ( welding if applicable), hydraulic component replacement, and pneumatic system adjustments to restore optimal operation. Utilize Computerized documentation to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks efficiently. Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks at various heights or hard-to-reach areas. Collaborate with team to interpret schematics and electrical blueprints for troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical failures. Provide excellent communication on technical information clearly to team members. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting, and electrical system repairs. Hands-on experience with three (3) phase electricity, hydraulics, pneumatic, and low voltage electrical systems. At least one (1) year hands on experience. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Strong analysis skills combined with practical experience in industrial mechanic work and equipment repair. Knowledge of welding techniques ( welding if applicable), electrical blueprint reading, and troubleshooting methods. Capable of operating scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at elevated heights. Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate effective teamwork.
