This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone capable of leading crews, running residential projects, communicating professionally with homeowners and builders, and producing elite-quality work without constant supervision.

Duties Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in to trim-out Read and interpret plans and layouts Run and manage helper electrician on-site Communicate with project managers, builders, and homeowners Install services, panels, lighting, devices, generators, and residential systems Maintain clean and organized job sites Ensure work is completed to NEC code standards Help identify material needs and stay ahead of schedules Troubleshoot and solve problems in the field without excuses Requirements Strong residential electrical experience Leadership capability and jobsite management skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Professional appearance and communication Experience running full residential jobs preferred Ability to read plans and perform layout work Strong troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications Journeyman license or equivalent field experience Generator experience Service change/service upgrade experience Custom home experience Experience with high-end residential work

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
