Job Description

The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems to ensure the safety, comfort, and uninterrupted operation of hotel facilities for guests and staff.
HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, lighting, power outlets, panels, and controls throughout the hotel Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests Diagnose electrical issues and implement safe, effective repairs Maintain emergency systems including generators, backup power, and emergency lighting Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards Coordinate with other maintenance staff and hotel departments as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and repairs Assist with renovations, upgrades, and new installations Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Other duties as assigned

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
High school diploma or equivalent required Valid electrician license or certification (as required by local regulations) Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial setting Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Benefits Medical, dental, and vision (HSA available) Company-paid disability & life insurance Employee Assistance Program Supplemental benefits 401(k) with match Employee discounts Paid vacation & sick time
Pay Rate:
$24-$28/hourly Requirements Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
