About Us Sterling Electrical Company is a full-service electrical contractor serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Knoxville, TN. Our services include wiring, service upgrades, low-voltage installations, and more. We are committed to quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Use electrical tools and testing equipment for installations and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and OSHA safety standards . Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Perform system evaluations for safety and code compliance. Handle panel and service upgrades, generator installations, lighting installations, and underground electrical work . Diagnose and restore power during outages. Qualifications ✔ Valid Tennessee Journeyman Electrician License (required) or ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. ✔ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols . ✔ Proficient in electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting . ✔ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record . ✔ Ability to pass a drug test and background check . ✔ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset. Schedule & Work Expectations Full-time (40hrs a week) Monday
  • Friday, Day Shifts (with occasional nights/on-call shifts) Overtime opportunities available
