No elevator experience required — we are willing to train the right person. However, experience in elevators, construction, electrical, mechanical work, welding, HVAC, automotive, or other skilled trades is highly valued . This is an opportunity to learn a specialized skilled trade from experienced elevator mechanics , develop valuable mechanical and electrical skills, and build a long-term career. We believe the best way to learn this trade is hands-on and as part of a team . You'll work alongside experienced technicians, learn how the job is done, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop. What you'll do Assist with elevator work and construction Learn elevator mechanical and electrical systems Work with hand and power tools Assist with troubleshooting, adjustments, and testing Work alongside experienced elevator technicians Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team We're looking for someone who Wants to learn and develop skills within a skilled trade Works well with others and contributes to the team Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is mechanically inclined and willing to learn Has a positive attitude and takes direction well Is comfortable working at heights and in construction environments Is willing and able to travel and work out of town during the week when needed Can lift 50+ lbs Has reliable transportation Has a valid driver's license Experience is a plus, but not required.
