Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of electrical components. Support the testing of electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters to verify proper connections and system integrity. Handle low voltage and high voltage wiring tasks in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Participate in site safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols. Contribute to framing carpentry tasks as needed for electrical installations within building structures. Skills Previous experience with industrial or commercial electrical work is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction site environments and blueprint reading enhances your effectiveness on the job. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters is essential. Knowledge of low voltage systems, high voltage safety practices, and NEC regulations ensures compliance and safety.
