$20 - $35 per hour About the Role We're looking for a skilled and safety‑driven Electrician to support installation, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of electrical systems across a variety of projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels in technical problem‑solving, works confidently with tools and electrical systems, and thrives in a physically demanding environment. What You'll Do Interpret drawings and electrical plans to determine work procedures, tools, and equipment needed for troubleshooting and repairs. Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; and perform terminations. Install control and distribution apparatus and secure components in place. Test and start up systems, verifying continuity and ensuring electrical compatibility and safety. Observe system performance to identify hazards, adjustments, relocations, or replacements. Pull wire through conduit and connect wiring to fixtures and power equipment as needed. Work with medium‑ and low‑voltage systems. Disassemble, diagnose, and repair defective electrical equipment or systems. Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools, as well as power, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical tools. Requirements Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must hold a current State of Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License. Ability to lift and handle materials up to 25 lbs. Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb, and crawl. Ability to correctly rig and hoist materials. Comfortable working at heights and maintaining balance. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (cold, wet, heat). Willingness to work long and irregular hours (50-70 hours per week). Reliable, punctual attendance in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable standards. Ability to safely perform all essential job functions while meeting productivity expectations. What You Bring Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
