Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Electrician to lead and execute complex electrical projects across various settings, including commercial and industrialprojects. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work complies with safety standards, building codes, and technical specifications. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your extensive electrical experience in dynamic environments, leading teams and managing intricate wiring systems with precision and confidence. Duties Lead and supervise electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems. Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate industrial processes effectively. Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local safety regulations. Conduct inspections of electrical systems using schematics and blueprints to verify compliance and safety before project completion. Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation schedules and project milestones. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, schematics updates, and compliance records. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong background in construction site work. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, power distribution, and control wiring. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex electrical projects. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation settings. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers; power tools including drills and saws; as well as testing devices like ohmmeters. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to OSHA standards and NEC guidelines. Ability to diagnose electrical issues efficiently using schematics and troubleshooting techniques. Prior renovation or remodeling experience is a plus; familiarity with construction processes enhances project execution skills.
