We're seeking a Texas Master Electrician to serve as our Master Electrician of Record with TDLR. What you'll do: Serve as FormaCore TI's Master Electrician of Record with TDLR (exclusive) Pull electrical permits and coordinate inspections Review electrical bids, drawings, and load calcs before submission Provide jobsite oversight on active electrical work Sign off on completed work and final TDLR inspections Supervise and direct journeyman electricians and apprentices What you need: Active Texas Master Electrician license in good standing Minimum 5 years commercial electrical experience Currently NOT designated as MoR for another contractor (TDLR allows one at a time) Willing to be W2 employee Reliable transportation, smartphone, valid TX driver's license What we offer:

Base:

$6,000-$8,000/month W2 (fractional — roughly 15-20 hrs/week) Per-project bonus: 2.5% of electrical scope revenue on every job where you're MoR Quarterly performance bonus: 5% of electrical division gross profit Company truck allowance or mileage Path to full-time and higher roles as we scale.
