Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our Grand Prairie team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in a heavy industrial plant environment with minimal supervision. Schedule Day shift Flexible start time Monday-Friday 10-12 hour shifts (overtime available) Key Responsibilities Safely maintain and repair a wide range of industrial electrical systems and equipment Support 480V systems , including conduit installation, wiring, and equipment connections Perform polarity checks and safely reverse polarity when required Procure and manage electrical supplies and materials as needed Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair electrical circuits, controls, and instrumentation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders Install, modify, and upgrade plant electrical systems Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Qualifications ✔ Journeyman Electrician experience in industrial or manufacturing environments ✔ Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) ✔ Experience working with 480V electrical systems ✔ Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings ✔ Experience with ordering electrical supplies and materials ✔ Valid driver's license ✔ Ability to work in outdoor and varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Journeyman's card/license Willingness to travel up to 75% Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Compensation Competitive hourly pay ($35-$45/hr) Overtime opportunities Work Location In-person (Grand Prairie, TX)
