What You'll Be Doing Install EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit systems per project specs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings Bend, cut, thread, and assemble conduit using hand and power tools Support pulling wire and cable through conduit systems Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company quality standards Work closely with foremen, electricians, and other crew members Maintain safe work practices on active job sites Document work progress and report any issues or changes from plans Work in mission critical environments where precision and reliability matter What We're Looking For 2+ years of conduit installation experience in commercial or industrial settings Strong understanding of conduit installation and NEC requirements Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings Experience with conduit bending tools, threading machines, and related equipment OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety Able to work in physically demanding environments (heights, tight spaces, etc.) What You'll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities to work on mission critical projects like data centers Training, skill development, and opportunities to grow
