Pay :

We offer our Electrical Service Technician

• Licensed Electrician a base rate of $30
• 35 per hour during training and non-commission work, with the opportunity to move into a commission pay plan earning $75,000
• 120,000+ annually .

To ensure financial security during the transition, we provide a Safety Net Guarantee , so your pay won't drop below your initial hourly rate in your first months on commission. Some roles may also qualify for an hourly plus bonus structure based on performance.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with shift options of 7 AM-4 PM , 8 AM-5 PM , or 9 AM-5 PM . In this position, you'll handle scheduled service calls, diagnose electrical issues, complete installations and repairs, and perform upgrades in residential and light commercial settings. You'll ensure all work meets NEC and safety standards, communicate findings and solutions to customers, document completed work, maintain a clean job site, and collaborate with team members while supporting apprentices when needed.
