Full-time Immediate Start Available Job Description Linton Talent Recruitment is hiring on behalf of an established commercial electrical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for an experienced Texas Journeyman Electrician to join their Commercial Service Division. This is a hands-on service position working exclusively across commercial projects and facilities throughout the DFW area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting experience, be comfortable working independently, and be confident handling a variety of commercial electrical service calls. The company service van is based at the Irving, TX shop . You will collect the van at the beginning of the working day and return it to the Irving location at the end of your shift. What We Offer $35.00 - $45.00 per hour , depending on experience Company service van provided during working hours Fuel and work-related vehicle costs covered Consistent, year-round commercial electrical work Overtime opportunities Long-term, stable position Full-time employment Immediate start available for the right candidate What You'll Be Doing Complete electrical service calls across commercial buildings and facilities Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults Repair and maintain commercial electrical systems Install and service panels, breakers, disconnects and distribution equipment Install and troubleshoot lighting and lighting controls Perform conduit, raceway and wiring installations Carry out electrical upgrades, repairs and small installation projects Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and blueprints Complete service documentation and work orders accurately Communicate professionally with customers while working on-site Work independently and safely across multiple commercial locations What We're Looking For Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License - Required Strong commercial electrical experience Previous electrical service experience preferred Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding ability Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety Ability to work independently and manage service calls Professional attitude when dealing with commercial customers Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable transportation to and from the Irving shop each working day Willingness to work overtime when required Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time Overtime available Work Location You will report to the company's Irving, TX location to collect your service vehicle before travelling to commercial customer sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
