HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE

) We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential electrical work . This role involves independently performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across various projects. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) , can read blueprints, and is confident working in fast-paced construction environments. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and residential settings Perform wiring, conduit bending, panel installations, and fixture setups independently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Work with both low voltage and high voltage systems safely and efficiently Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (multimeters, ohmmeters, etc.) Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local regulations Coordinate with team members and other trades on-site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum 3.5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work (required) Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical safety standards Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Experience working on construction sites Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physically capable of handling demanding job site conditions
