High SchoolResponsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, servos, relays, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) to identify logic faults and hardware failures.Note:
Proficiency in PLC programming (modifying code, optimizing logic) is a significant plus. Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints to trace circuits and identify root causes. Maintain and overhaul high-pressure hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and manifolds. Troubleshoot pneumatic circuits, ensuring proper air pressure, filtration, and actuator performance.Electrical Expertise:
strong command of 480v 3-phase power, control voltage, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
