Job Description

Job Description Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment supporting oil & gas production operations. Install and repair electric motors, control panels, ESP surface equipment, conduit, wiring, grounding systems, and other field electrical components. Respond to electrical issues and emergency callouts while providing day-to-day support for production operations. Maintain tools, equipment, and a utility bed truck while ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards. Communicate equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance needs with supervisors. Work Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Weekend on-call rotation shared among the electrical team. Overtime expected based on operational needs. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of electrical experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry. Knowledge of electrical codes, motor controls, conduit installation, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Valid driver's license with a utility bed truck and applicable electrical tools, including a hot stick and high-voltage gloves. Current PEC Safeland Certification (issued within the last 6 months) and

ANSI Z390.1-2017 H2S

Training, or ability to obtain before starting. Ability to wear required PPE, including FR clothing, steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, and other task-specific safety equipment.
