Our team includes professionals from residential, commercial, and industrial electrical backgrounds who are helping drive the transition to battery storage, backup power, and smart energy technologies. About the Role We're hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician to support our growing battery operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for electricians with strong residential experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing energy storage industry. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, commissioning support, electrical rework, quality control, installer development, and ensuring projects are inspection-ready. Responsibilities Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and system-related issues on active installations Perform corrective electrical work to ensure projects meet code and inspection requirements Diagnose and repair electrical issues involving battery storage systems, load centers, service equipment, and related components Assist with onboarding and hands-on training of new installation crews Coordinate with local inspectors and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Represent Dynamic during inspections and compliance walkthroughs Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent service issues Qualifications Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician License Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC) Commercial or industrial electrical experience is a plus Experience with battery storage systems, EV chargers, generators, or solar is preferred Sonnen experience is a plus Compensation $36

• 45/hour , depending on experience and licensing.
