$35-37 per hour (or more) Temp to Hire or DIRP If they do T2H, after 90 days, they get a company truck. They will be traveling and get hotel plus $40 per diem. They work on oilfield terminals; not in the oilfield. pumps/access pumps
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must have a Texas Master or Journeyman Electrician License and a valid state Driver's License. Must be able to perform mathematical calculations and resolve problems while on the job. Demonstrate the ability to install wiring, repair wiring, and install electrical fixtures, power equipment, components of machinery and equipment that follows electrical code, specifications, blueprints, drawings within Company and/or Customer expectations Demonstrate the ability to install, diagnose and repair control apparatus including motors, relays, switches, and circuit breaker panels using basic hand tools and testing instruments. Demonstrate the ability to install and connect power supply wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus for systems in new and existing facilities following code, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Demonstrate the ability to measure, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, pipe threader and conduit bender. Complete tasks as assigned and submit daily work orders to Supervisor. Demonstrates the responsibility to manage daily jobs, truck parts inventory, periodic vehicle maintenance and proper storage of construction equipment and tools. Demonstrate and support Company and/or Customer safety policy and maintain a full focus on safety. Demonstrate the ability to teach and develop within a work crew using performance-based goals and records. Create and maintain positive working relationships with Customers, Vendors and Suppliers. Close every job by completing a Quality-Safety-Clean scorecard; to be submitted and reviewed by Supervisor; and published in a manner presentable to the Customer.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support the VP of Operations in scheduling, field support, daily work orders, quality control, safety measures, and daily initiative. Support the Branch Manager with technical, historical, and customer knowledge. Display the ability to complete the assigned work and manage multiple tasks. Once trained, must be a self-starter who displays the ability to work jobs and hours with minimum direction from Supervisor. Exhibit common sense, use sound and safe judgment, respect ASI customers and peers in all initiatives. Apply the ability to listen, communicate and follow up effectively with customers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates in written and verbal communication and/or reporting. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and produce results according to the specifics of the job description, company goals, and department goals, including the daily completion of accurate work orders. Learn and implement goal development for a position using SMART goal criteria. Flexibility to adapt to workflow situations and varied works hours that may require working on nights, weekends, holidays and be willing to travel to job sites anywhere in the United States. Behavior demands Master or Journeyman Electrician to be drug-free and have a clean driving record.

Education:
Minimum High School diploma; 4-year degree or
Electrical License Certification:
Minimum 8,000 documented electrical hours desired
Licensing:
Electrical training

State of Texas Experience:
Requires skills and previous experience from the Industrial and/or Commercial markets.
Environmental:
Must be able to perform in humid or wet conditions, high places, outdoor conditions of cold and heat and recognize the job site exposes employees to electrical shock, fumes, and toxic chemicals.
Physical:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50-pounds above the head. Must be prepared to walk, sit, climb, kneel, crawl, and have full use of hands and feet to operate machinery. Must have excellent vision with an ability to read blueprints, and electrical diagrams and recognize various colors in wiring boxes.
