The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services, and construction fields, is currently hiring the following for a long-term position in the Victoria, Texas area: Commerical Electrician 4 x 10 Days Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician - Facilities to support the maintenance and reliability of electrical systems across office and commercial building facilities. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure that supports daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to diagnose electrical issues efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining safe and compliant electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems throughout office and commercial facilities. Maintain and repair electrical distribution systems including panels, breakers, lighting systems, wiring, and receptacles. Install, repair, and replace lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues affecting building systems, office spaces, and facility operations. Support electrical maintenance for HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, and other building support systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment to identify hazards or potential failures. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and company safety standards. Respond to maintenance work orders and assist with facility improvement and upgrade projects. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent experience. Experience supporting commercial buildings, office complexes, or industrial facilities. Knowledge of motor controls, lighting systems, and building electrical infrastructure.
