Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Apprentice and kick-start your career in the electrical industry! Duties Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit installation, and component assembly Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution Conduct basic testing of electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry tasks related to electrical infrastructure Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Strong interest in learning electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications Experience with construction site work or related trades such as frame carpentry is advantageous Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail when working with electrical components Must be reliable, motivated, and eager to develop skills in electrical installation and maintenance This paid apprenticeship provides a comprehensive pathway into the electrical trade, equipping you with valuable industry experience while supporting your professional growth.
