Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Solar Technician and be at the forefront of renewable energy innovation! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems across various commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will help drive sustainable solutions, ensuring safe and efficient energy production. Responsibilities Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related electrical components following blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise installation Conduct site assessments, including roofing inspections and structural evaluations for optimal solar panel placement Perform electrical work involving high voltage and low voltage systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Use hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, and forklifts safely to complete installations efficiently Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site, utilizing blueprint reading skills and electrical experience to resolve problems promptly Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate fixture installation, plumbing connections, and other site-specific requirements Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of high voltage systems and working on construction sites Skills Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems with experience in commercial electrician work Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with fixture installation, roofing procedures, plumbing connections, and construction site operations Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards for electrical installations Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, forklifts, and other construction machinery effectively Previous construction or roofing experience preferred for seamless project execution Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure project milestones are met Embark on a career that energizes your potential!
