The primary duties of an Electrical Install Lead include managing and performing the installation and upgrade of electrical systems in residential settings. This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
