Key Responsibilities :

Install well designed standby generator systems with a well stocked and replenished daily van stock. Perform electrical wiring between generators, transfer switches, and home panels Follow designed load calculations and install load managing equipment to ensure proper system sizing. Install and configure Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes Test and commission generator systems to ensure safe, reliable operation Maintain accurate job documentation and pictures in a well managed job management software.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of electrical experience (required) Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code compliance Experience with ATS systems and generator integration (preferred) Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience installing or servicing home standby generators Familiarity with Generac systems Electrical license (preferred, not required)

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools (up to 50 lbs). Comfortability working in confined spaces, on rooftops, or in harsh weather conditions. Ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
