Forman (Able to run a crew of 10 workers) $15.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience, 8 hour days, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. No weekend work required. Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted Safely use ladders and hand/power tools Not afraid of heights Work outdoors in varying weather Must have:

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations in diverse environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach. Whether on construction sites or in existing facilities, your skills will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the safety of our team. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other specialized equipment to perform electrical work efficiently. Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation and control functions. Conduct inspections on high voltage and low voltage systems to ensure safety and operational integrity. Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical installations during renovation or new construction projects. Follow all safety protocols related to construction site experience, including proper handling of high voltage systems and adherence to NEC regulations. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Assist with framing carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support overall project goals. Experience Proven commercial electrician experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial settings. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex electrical installations. Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools like drills and saws. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage (HV), and low voltage (LV) systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of NEC regulations governing electrical installations and safety practices. Ability to perform renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications efficiently.
