This is a full-time W2 role for electricians who can pull wire, troubleshoot electrical problems, and work in commercial customer environments. The company is adding field capacity and wants people who can contribute quickly after a structured onboarding period. Why this role is open The company is expanding its field team to support steady year-round demand across commercial service and project work. Key Responsibilities What you will do Perform commercial electrical service and installation support. Pull wire and support circuit, panel, lighting, and related electrical work. Troubleshoot electrical problems in commercial environments. Work on small projects and larger commercial service assignments. Communicate with service managers and dispatch by phone. Complete job documentation accurately. Travel throughout Hampton Roads, with some longer-distance customer work as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What we are looking for At least 2 to 3 years of electrical field experience. Ability to pull wire. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. Commercial experience preferred. Strong residential electricians may be considered if they can troubleshoot and adapt. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass drug testing and driving record review. Willingness to work approximately 45 or more hours per week. Comfort working in customer-facing field environments. Benefits Compensation and benefits $22.00 to $32.00+ per hour, depending on experience. Upper $30.00 per hour range may be considered for highly experienced or licensed candidates.
